Private company and approval disclaimer

GARUDAYA PRIVATE LIMITED is a private company, not a government department, statutory authority, regulator, embassy, customs office, bank or insurer. A GARUDAYA review, checklist, referral or document submission does not itself grant a licence, certificate, permit, export clearance, tax registration or government approval. Any approval must be issued by the competent authority or contracting organization named in the applicable process. Users remain responsible for truthful information, fees, renewals and lawful compliance.

Information we collect

GARUDAYA collects information required to operate trusted agriculture and commerce workflows. This may include account profile data, contact details, addresses, KYC identifiers, bank-detail previews, product listings, crop or farm information, business registrations, GST/PAN/IEC/FSSAI details, orders, invoices, payments, shipment records, service requests, support messages, security logs and device/session metadata.

How data is used

GARUDAYA does not sell KYC documents or bank details. Limited information may be shared with payment processors, logistics partners, service providers, auditors, legal advisers, government portals or counterparties where needed to complete a requested transaction or comply with law.

  • Create and administer accounts, profiles, role-based dashboards and support workflows.
  • Verify mobile/email, KYC, seller, farmer, vendor, company and exporter eligibility.
  • Process marketplace orders, invoices, payments, refunds, shipments and notifications.
  • Improve platform reliability, prevent fraud, enforce policies and respond to lawful requests.

Consent, lawful use and user choices

Where consent is the applicable basis, GARUDAYA presents a clear purpose before collection or provider verification and records the user's affirmative action. Consent may be withdrawn for future optional processing by contacting the KYC/privacy desk, but withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing and may prevent a verification-dependent service. GARUDAYA does not request an Aadhaar OTP through staff, chat or telephone.

Data retention and user rights

Users may request access, correction, completion, deletion review, consent withdrawal or grievance handling through kyc@garudaya.in or legal@garudaya.in. Requests are authenticated before account-specific data is disclosed. Some records may be retained where reasonably necessary for tax, audit, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, payment, statutory or contractual obligations. Transaction-specific prices, statutory charges, taxes, eligibility, service levels and timelines are disclosed in the applicable checkout, quotation, order, invoice or signed agreement. Where mandatory law gives a user stronger rights, that law prevails.

Independent providers and regulatory verification

GARUDAYA may apply to regulated, government or private providers for payment processing, email/SMS delivery, DigiLocker or API Setu access, PAN/Aadhaar checks, bank-account validation, logistics and other integrations. Displaying an integration workflow or accepting an application does not mean that a provider, regulator or government body has endorsed GARUDAYA. A feature is treated as live only after the relevant provider approves the account, production credentials are securely configured, and GARUDAYA completes acceptance testing. Until then, the website labels the result as pending, manual review or unavailable and does not represent it as verified.

Official contact and notices

Questions about privacy policy should be sent from the registered account email wherever possible. GARUDAYA may request order IDs, application IDs, invoice numbers, KYC references or proof of authority before sharing account-specific information. Official notices may be sent to legal@garudaya.in; operational support may be sent to support@garudaya.in.
