The wordmarks GARUDAYA™, GARUDAYA PRIVATE LIMITED™, the corporate eagle insignia, stylized emblems, brand logos, color combinations, and associated sub-brand designations are proprietary commercial trademarks asserted by GARUDAYA PRIVATE LIMITED™ (CIN: U70200OD2026PTC052687, Incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 in the State of Odisha, India).

The use of the ™ symbol denotes common-law trademark rights and establishes official public constructive notice of Date of First Use in Commerce throughout India and international territories under Section 27, 28, and 34 of the Indian Trade Marks Act, 1999.

3. Legal Recourse & Exclusive Jurisdiction

Any unauthorized adoption, deceptive imitation, cyber-squatting, or passing-off of the trademark GARUDAYA™ or any confusingly similar mark shall be subject to prompt civil injunctions, damages, and criminal prosecution under Indian and international intellectual property laws. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the State of Odisha, India.
